What account data does BinderDex store?
BinderDex stores the data needed to run your account: profile details, collection records, watchlists, alerts, saved binders, scan history, grading estimates, preferences, support messages, and product usage events.
Is my collection public?
No. Your private collection, watchlist, binder, scan, and grading estimate data is not published as public content by BinderDex. Public catalog pages and public binder ideas are separate from your account data.
Are prices guaranteed?
No. Prices are context for collector decisions. Actual sale prices can vary by condition, timing, marketplace, print, grade, photos, seller reputation, and demand.
Are grading estimates official grades?
No. BinderDex grading estimates are generated from visible card images and are not official grades from PSA, TAG, BGS, CGC, or any other grading company. Use them as inspection context, not a guarantee.
How do subscriptions work?
If you subscribe through Apple App Store or Google Play, billing, renewal, cancellation, and refund controls are handled by that store account. BinderDex uses subscription status to unlock the relevant product features.
How do I delete my account?
