Delete your BinderDex account
Use this page to delete your account, request help by email, and understand what happens to private collection, watchlist, scan, and grading estimate data.
Delete your account in the app
If you can sign in, open BinderDex and go to Profile > Settings > Delete Account. Follow the confirmation steps to delete your BinderDex account and data controlled by BinderDex.
Request deletion by email
If you cannot sign in, email us from the address on your BinderDex account and ask us to delete your account and associated data.
What deletion covers
Deletion covers account profile data, collection and portfolio records, watchlist items, alerts, notifications, saved binders, scan history, grading estimates, account-linked preferences, and support records controlled by BinderDex where deletion is permitted.
What may be retained
We may retain limited records when required for legal, security, fraud prevention, payment, tax, dispute-resolution, backup, or operational logging purposes. Some backup and log records may expire on a delayed schedule.
Subscriptions are separate
Deleting a BinderDex account does not automatically cancel an active Apple App Store or Google Play subscription. Manage or cancel subscriptions through the store account used to purchase them.
